Coaching for Business Growth

I offer structured coaching programs (one on one and group coaching) to help service professionals quickly grow their service-based business by improving their marketing and also their business development capabilities.

Depending on your specific needs, I’ll work hands-on with you and we’ll cover areas such as:

  • A thorough review of your current marketing and the results you’re getting
  • Refining your client attraction strategy
  • Selecting the highest potential marketing strategies and tactics for you
  • Developing the right marketing messages for you you nd your particular type of business
  • Designing a marketing selling and business development action plan

You and I will then work over an agreed  period of time in order to help you implement your plan. Preparing you for key events and reviewing progress as we get results and move forward.  We’ll also discuss various options and I’ll help you eliminate barriers that are stopping you from achieving your marketing goals.

How Will We Do This?

Coaching sessions are conducted over the phone, using SKYPE or in person (depending on your geographical location) and are typically 60 to 90 minutes long. In between your sessions you’ll be required to work on assignments in order to increase your core marketing and business development skills.

Normally, coaching sessions are scheduled every 2 weeks, and a typical program lasts for 3-6 months.

Your arrangement will help make sure that you start to see results from your marketing well before we’ve finished your program. As your core marketing, selling and business development knowledge and skills grow, you’ll start to communicate more effectively about your business and start to generate more attention and interest. You’ll also begin to win more new business.
